In about a month, Colorado’s racing season will be in full swing. Whether you’re a casual jogger or a superhuman ultramarathoner, the state has something for you.
Registration is open now for one of Colorado’s true classics – the Bolder Boulder in (you guessed it) Boulder. With 50,000 participants and thousands more fans, the Memorial Day 10k is one of the biggest active lifestyle parties in the state. Registration starts at $48.

Running barefoot isn’t just for escaping late-night murder attempts. A whole a movement of runners is leaving the shoes behind in the interest of finding a more natural stride. Those folks will be turning out to the Naked Foot 5k — which can be run with or without “foot coffins” — on July 21.
Register adults for $35, kids for free here
